How much is the security deposit for rentals?
Standard security deposits are 5% of annual rent for unfurnished properties and 10% for furnished. This is refundable at lease end minus any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Some landlords also require a 5% agency fee paid by the tenant.
Can I break my lease early? What are the penalties?
